Which is good for synthetic catalysts?

The lifespan of the synthetic catalysts we use is only 3–4 years; is there a problem with this? We would appreciate it if everyone could share the lifespan of their catalysts as well as the manufacturer that produces them Our company uses products manufactured by Linqu Daxiang Company
The lifespan of the catalyst is closely related to the synthesis tower, heating and reduction processes, gas purification, and operational management. At Daxiang, some of our factories use them for 5 years, while others use them for a shorter period of time.
It’s hard to say on this matter; each manufacturer has products that perform well and those that don’t. Firstly, it depends on the quality of the product itself, and secondly, it relates to the heating and reduction processes as well as the operational procedures. It’s not easy to give an evaluation in this regard. What’s important is to assess the performance of the product, sign a proper agreement at the time of ordering to clarify responsibilities, specify the useful life of the product, and include special clauses to ensure that the supplier fulfills its technical service commitments and that the operational procedures are followed properly.
