1. Verify that the strength of your load-bearing beams is sufficient. 2. If the strength is sufficient, you will need one pulley and a set of pulley tracks. 3. Have a professional carry out the installation work
The strength of the load-bearing beams is insufficient; steel channels may need to be added. I plan to use expansion bolts along with steel plates to reinforce it.
