In the construction plan for instrument wiring, the following information is provided: 6.2 Quality indicators: The pass rate for key inspection items is 100%, the pass rate for regular inspection items is 90%, and the rate of projects meeting high standards is 90%. What is the pass rate per attempt? How should this be understood? Is it simply the pass rate of the test points?
