At present, the coal chemical industry in China is developing at a rapid pace, especially coal gasification. However, as it stands now, the majority of the coal gasification technologies in use are foreign ones, with only a few facilities employing domestic coal gasification technologies； There are already many domestic coal gasification technologies available, such as the four-nozzle water-coal slurry gasifier, the two-stage dry powder coal gasifier, and the space furnace, among others. For these domestic coal gasification technologies to make progress and develop further, it is necessary to strengthen their internal capabilities; in particular, it is important to carry out industrial demonstrations of these technologies as soon as possible in order to gain practical experience, which will facilitate their wider adoption. Coupled with cost advantages and technical strengths, I believe that domestic coal gasification technologies will see vigorous development in the near future!
Everything goes through a process. In the past, the Luchi furnaces were also imported; now they can be produced entirely in China. Perhaps in a few years, it will be our domestically produced furnaces that are exported to other countries. We need to have confidence in ourselves – even small places like South Africa have companies like Saso that sell their technology everywhere. Let’s support domestic production!

This should be the patent royalty. Professor Zun Hong and his team at East China University of Science and Technology have indeed developed excellent technology. Americans are usually quite picky, especially when it comes to technical things.
