Typical sulfur melting chimneys are equipped with heating steam, but they lack chimney caps to prevent rainwater from entering, which leads to rapid corrosion and allows rainwater to directly reach the large sulfur melting tank. I’d like to discuss with everyone your respective approaches and introduce better methods.
We have an outlet at the lower part of the chimney, along with a U-shaped bend that serves as a liquid seal.
The sublimation of sulfur from the sulfur melting chimney is quite severe; therefore, a chimney cover must be designed. For safety reasons, it also needs to have a certain height. Strict management of sulfur melting processes is essential.
