My new installation uses the “SSR” process; there is no direct flow from the exhaust liquid separation tank to the exhaust incinerator. Please help analyze it! Would it be good to add this line? Thank you! ! !
This pipeline should be used. Because when the exhaust system is heated using recycled gas, the gases from the sulfur recovery unit can only be sent to the incinerator. Without this pipeline, the process clearly cannot proceed.
We also use the SSR process; indeed, such a pipeline is necessary. However, this pipeline is located after the exhaust gas heater. When the exhaust gas system uses recycled gas to heat itself through the exhaust gas heater, the gases from the sulfur recovery unit can only be sent to the chimney, which clearly does not meet environmental regulations. So frustrated
It’s better to add it, as the exhaust system tends to get clogged easily, especially when the operators are not yet skilled at operating it; the frequency of such clogs is quite high. Without this line, operations have to be stopped.
It should be installed with attention paid to insulation; otherwise it will get blocked when in use. The inlet to the burning furnace should be separated from the normal exhaust pipeline, leading directly into the furnace.
A jacket for heating is required, and attention should be paid to the insulation effect
