What the original poster is referring to is a relatively long short stop time – could the tower overheat easily during driving? If that is the case, due to the long short-stop time, the pressure and temperature in the urine tower are low, causing a large amount of methylammonium to decompose within it. As a result, the absorption load on the absorber tower is high when it starts operating, and improper control can lead to overheating. When driving in such conditions, the load applied should not be too high, and the speed at which the load is increased should also not be too fast.
After stopping, the first absorption tower does not achieve proper dilution; during operation, this tower tends to overheat.
It is normal for one absorber to overheat during operation, but the temperature should not rise too high. During operation, the feeding of material to subsequent stages cannot be too rapid; the system load must not be too high. If pressure is not relieved after power is supplied, the medium-pressure system needs to be diluted and replaced. Since the concentration of ammonium carbonate in the tank is relatively high at the beginning of operation due to system replacement, this may also lead to overheating.
