The structure of the GC4000A gas chromatograph, parameter settings, and column installation; the installation, use, and maintenance of the N2000 workstation. This post was last edited by chengjingbao on 2009-3-22 at 16:37.]
GC4000 – I think Dongxi Electronics had it; I’ve used 4000 workstations. I hope the original poster can mention the manufacturer, as domestic and foreign brands are now very similar. For example, 400A belongs to ROSEMENT, 4000 is from Canada, and it now belongs to SERVOMEX. I’m a bit confused. I do have a N2000. It’s a pity that this theory has requirements regarding the data to be submitted; I’m not quite used to that, so I’ll try to upload some data and see. No, I’ll have to send it to your email then. I’m not very familiar with email either; please don’t laugh at me. Let’s first see if it’s this thing; there are 12 chapters in total, plus a guide for software installation. The email has been sent: 8MB. Please reply with a follow-up message once you receive it. I rarely check my inbox; I only check it when sending emails. It’s often only discovered a day or two later. Chapter 1: Introduction Thank you for purchasing our chromatography data workstation. To ensure proper operation, please read this manual carefully; it covers the workstation’s main performance and technical specifications, as well as information on installation, uninstallation, debugging, and operational examples. If you have any questions, please contact us promptly; we will provide you with the most satisfactory answers. Every product has its shortcomings, and our products are no exception. If you have any suggestions regarding our chromatography data workstation, please feel free to contact us promptly so that we can update and improve the software according to your requirements. 1.1 Requirements for the computer for the N2000 chromatography workstation: A Pentium CPU with a speed of 166 MHz or higher, at least 32 MB of memory (64 MB is recommended), an optical drive, and the Chinese version of the WINDOWS98 operating system or the Chinese version of WINDOWS95 along with IE4.0 (mandatory). The minimum requirements for the display are 256 colors and a resolution of 800×600, with the text set to a small font; it should also have at least one free ISA slot available. 1.2 Main performance and technical specifications of the N2000 chromatography workstation: 1.2.1 Overall performance: Number of input channels: 2; Input voltage range: -5mV–1.7V; Input impedance: >10MΩ; Integration sensitivity: 1uV·second; Minimum resolution: 0.1 uV; Dynamic range: 107; Linearity: ±0.1%. 1.2.2 Peak processing capabilities: Number of peaks that can be processed: greater than 1000 (depends on computer resources); Minimum peak width that can be processed: 0.1 second; Features an automatic timing function; Has a manual integration function; Can automatically identify various complex peak shapes and segment them accurately; Automatic baseline tracking and correction; Automatic elimination of the effect of negative peaks; Complies with GMP standards. 1.2.3 Methods for qualitative identification of spectral peaks: Retention time method; Component table identification method. 1.2.4 Integration parameters: Peak area or peak height. 1.2.5 Quantitative calculation methods: Normalization method; Corrected normalization method (normalization method with a scaling factor); Internal standard method; Grouping method; Multiple internal standard method; External standard method; Exponential method. GC4000A is produced by Dongxi Electronics; it’s a domestic product. I’m not sure which specific manufacturer it is. Thank you to the senior member for providing this information. This post was last edited by yao*aoling on 2009-3-23 at 10:06
I wonder if you have the installation disc for the N200 chromatography workstation. If you do, the installation is quite simple – it’s done in the same way as installing other software. Our factory uses the N2000 chromatography workstation. Sometimes, the workstation develops some faults for no apparent reason; in such cases, the only solution is to reinstall it, and once reinstalled, it returns to normal operation. However, don’t worry – reinstalling it has no effect on the saved files from previous tasks; the saved files can still be read after reinstallation.
