Seeking advice from experts: the minimum hardness limit for P91 pipe welds

In current negotiations with the owner, the issue of P91 weld hardness is often raised. General textbooks only mention that the upper limit for P91 weld hardness is ≤250HB; I’m wondering what the lower limit is Please give me some advice!
The forged material corresponding to P91 is F91, while the cast material is C12A. I am also looking for welding information related to this material. Please advise me
The minimum hardness of the base metal can be calculated based on its lowest tensile strength; according to relevant standards, the hardness of the weld is equal to the minimum hardness of the base metal plus 100 HB

According to the domestic standard GB 5310, the hardness of the corresponding steel grades is 185-250HB; it’s also possible to check A335 for information.
