Welding costs include welding material costs, electricity costs, labor costs (including welding labor costs and post-weld slag cleaning and polishing labor costs), etc. Different processes may also consider gas costs, windproof shelter costs, etc. Specific cost comparisons can only be made through comparative experiments, collecting corresponding cost data, then calculating the respective unit costs of welds, and finally comparing costs.
