Can **actual moderators rate in other sections?

According to the forum rules, real moderators cannot rate in other sections. But for new posts I make in other sections, members actively reply to encourage the forum, yet I can’t give ratings. Can I be given some permission to give rating comments?
Other areas naturally have their own moderators to take care of them; everyone just needs to manage their own territory...
This is a topic that has been discussed countless times: gaining control over a management section means losing something in return, and that’s relatively fair. It’s absolutely fair for the moderators of other sections as well.
Agree with the view from Building 3# – there’s always a trade-off; you can’t have both fish and bear paws at the same time :)
