Treatment of longitudinal cracks in coke ovens

Our plant uses Type 66 coke ovens, and recently a vertical crack about 2 centimeters wide appeared at the coal charging hole on the coke side of the oven; this crack ran through the entire oven, separating both the coal charging hole seat and the observation hole seat. What are the reasons for everyone? How to handle it?
Is there a problem with the spring’s tonnage? Check that. Also, see if the furnace temperature control is appropriate
This is caused by inadequate expansion management, which may be due to: failed springs, large fluctuations in furnace temperature, and so on. Ceramic welding yields good repair results.
