I’m looking for large and reputable flocculant manufacturers in China; the equipment needs to be put into operation – urgent! :L

Products with a high PAC content range from about 28-35%; the price is 3,000 yuan per ton. We source them from Gongyi in Henan as well; you can check it online.

The original poster is advised to buy it in Henan or Guangdong; the current price is no higher than 900. The quality in Henan is slightly inferior, but it’s cheaper. There are many good options in Guangdong, but they are more expensive. Henan also has good ones; you need to be careful in making the distinction.
The flocculant should be polyacrylamide, not PAC. The largest manufacturer of cations is likely Henan Kaibao Chemical. The annual production capacity is 10,000 tons. The largest anions should be in Daqing. :lol

Selection of coagulation agents: Various coagulants and polymer flocculants are added before mechanical filters to remove impurities such as suspended solids and colloids from water. However, if these agents are added indiscriminately without taking into account the actual conditions of the water source, it not only fails to improve water quality; on the contrary, it may introduce substances harmful to RO membranes due to the agents themselves or the impurities contained in them. Many water treatment systems in China suffer from this problem. Therefore, the choice of medication is highly particular. Based on the characteristics of RO membranes: ① Aluminate salts should be avoided as coagulants. Aluminum salt coagulants tend to produce aluminum gel during the coagulation process, and this gel is difficult to remove once it reaches the surface of RO ; ②Cationic polymer flocculants should not be used. RO membranes are anionic; cationic polymer flocculants tend to bind to the membrane, resulting in a polymer membrane that is difficult to clean. If these issues are not addressed, it may result in a shortened lifespan of the membranes, or in the worst case, some of the membrane elements will become unusable. At the same time, the compatibility between different chemicals cannot be ignored; for example, if ST polymer flocculant is used, it should be employed together with ArgoAF150ul.
