The cost of recycling is high; we simply separate the water and then take it away!
This isn’t a long-term solution! This simple method can be used to deal with floating oil, but what about emulsified oil? Please, Haiyou, discuss this issue.
Our oil regeneration is a specialized process, with the main steps including dehydration, acid washing, water washing, addition of clay, filtration, fine polishing, and the incorporation of additives to produce oil of the desired grade. After simple water separation, we carry out washing, followed by boiling, and finally filtering. The resulting liquid is used for lubricating the low-speed water pumps and gas generator strip machines throughout the plant; a portion of it is also sold externally. It was used in compressor crankcases over a decade ago, but it caused particularly severe damage to the big-end and small-end bearings of the connecting rods.
