Our company's single set of 300,000 tons of industrial naphthalene uses a single furnace and two towers for negative pressure distillation. The parameters of the two towers are completely different. This mainly depends on the process you use.
Both towers of our company use: The difference between the float valve in the extraction section and the packing in the distillation section is the number of float valves and packing in the two towers.

The crude tower is heated with industrial naphthalene, the bottom of the tower is 185 degrees, the bottom of the negative pressure fine tower is 295-305 degrees, normal pressure, negative pressure cannot be used, there is a heat balance problem here
few questions: 1. The area of the heat exchanger between circulating oil and industrial naphthalene in the initial tower must be very large. What kind of heat exchanger should be used? The volume of the tubes is too large. If a spiral plate is used, the pressure difference between the two channels will be large and the equipment will be seriously damaged. 2. After the industrial naphthalene exchanges heat with the primary tower circulating oil, does it still exchange heat with the raw materials?
We just use tubes, and the volume is not very big. The spiral ones are not very good. After industrial naphthalene has exchanged heat, it has to generate low-pressure steam, and then exchange heat with the raw materials. The heat utilization is very high.
Our factory uses a 40-square-meter tube-and-tube heat exchanger, and the effect is very good.
