Through continuous work on the investigation and management of hidden safety hazards in production, we can dynamically manage the identification and prevention of hazard sources, study the rules, master the rules, and be good at finding the "1". 　　2. We must overcome paralysis and luck, and never let go of any "1" in safety work. Statistical analysis of a large number of accidents shows that more than 60% of accidents are caused by paralysis of the mind and a sense of luck. We must realize that safety in production is no small matter, we must put safety in production first, strengthen responsibilities, improve execution, and seriously rectify problems found. If you ignore some small problems and links, it will eventually lead to catastrophe over time. This is the reason why misfortunes accumulate in the smallest things, and a long embankment of thousands of miles collapses in an ant nest. 　　3. We must overcome the practice of loud thunder and small raindrops. Safety management cannot just be talked about in words or hung on the wall. To truly achieve safety and accident-free safety, these safety management systems must be brought down the "wall" to implement the Aerospace Administration's philosophy that safety management is the first management. Through the use of practical methods such as education, inspection, supervision, rewards and punishments, safety can be transformed into the conscious behavior of employees. 　　Safety management is the company's first management, which embodies the safety values ​​of "people-oriented, caring for life, and safety first".
