As early as 2005, Southwest Oil and Gas Field launched the "Operator Simulation Training Software System" scientific research project, hoping to use the Internet, multimedia animation and simulation technology to quickly deploy, update and maintain training content, create a shared knowledge base system, and modernize training methods. This training system shoots video recordings of key operating processes at different skill levels to form multimedia video courseware, and then uses computer simulation and simulation technology to dynamically describe typical production units and process flows to create simulation software. It keeps the software interface consistent with the on-site equipment or central control room operating interface, so that employees can conduct training operations on the simulation software in accordance with operating procedures. At the same time, based on the key safety emergency plans of each major, typical and realistic scenes are selected, vivid pictures are produced, and plot selection and question answers are added to enable employees to learn by interacting with the software program. * The safety emergency plan realizes training functions that cannot be achieved by traditional teaching.
