What to do if the results obtained by optimizing the conditions using orthogonal experiments are not satisfactory?

Re-select the factors, optimize the conditions (or plan) using orthogonal experimental design again, and proceed once more.
I chose another condition that is not within the scope of the optimization criteria, and yet its conversion rate was higher. Did I choose the wrong level, is there an error in my experimental analysis, or is there some other reason?
1. It indicates that the selection of factors for your orthogonal table is not very reasonable. 2. For such issues, it is recommended that you provide more details so that everyone can understand before drawing any conclusions
