How does ASPEN perform material balance and simulation?

Since I am dealing with a completely new set of processes, it is urgent to verify the information related to the process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.). I heard that ASPEN can handle this task; could anyone give me some guidance?

Create a process in Aspen based on the actual process flow, enter the operating conditions, run it, and compare the resulting values (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.) with the operational data. If there are discrepancies, adjust the thermodynamic model or its parameters until the simulation results match the operational data
