What loads should be considered in formwork design?
When calculating the formwork and its supports, the following loads should be considered: 1. The standard self-weight value of the formwork and its supports is determined according to the formwork design drawings. The loads of ribbed floor slabs and beamless floors are shown in the table below. 2. The standard self-weight of newly poured concrete is 24kN/m3 for ordinary concrete, and other concrete is determined based on the actual gravity density. 3. The standard value of steel bar self-weight is determined according to the engineering drawings. The standard value of the self-weight of steel bars per cubic meter of reinforced concrete for general beam-slab structures can be taken according to the following values: Floor 1.1kN Beam 1.5kN This post was last written by zhangya * ong edited at 2009-3-26 10:00 ]
