If Hulunbuir lignite is used as raw material and the pressurized gasification process of Dutch company Stamicarbon is adopted, what is the approximate energy consumption per ton of coal, water, and electricity? Is there any predecessors with related processes? Can we discuss this?
Our factory is in Hunan. Although the coal consumption per ton of ammonia is as high as 1.9, it uses local coal. The price is much lower, so the cost is still relatively low.
Lignite uses Ende gasification or Lurgi furnace gasification, both of which are very mature processes. Long-flame coal uses Lurgi furnace or Shell. Henan Yima coal is long-flame coal. Generally, only anthracite can be used for fixed beds.
