Human unsafe behavior can be regarded as a type of human error, an exceptional case of human error. (This sentence is taken from 1.6.3 of Chemical Process Safety Engineering.) How should it be understood? How to understand this? Last edited by hw197358 on 2009-3-23 22:04]

It is the unintentional or intentional violation of relevant operating procedures, standards, etc. by people! DuPont reports that over 96% of accidents are caused by unsafe human behavior! ! !
