There are many parameters for jet fuel after hydrogenation; I would like colleagues to discuss together which ones they are What is a definition? What are the influencing factors? What are the impacts on the operations of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units as well as hydrogenation units? Know as much as you can. Discuss together and improve together.
Here are my personal opinions: before hydrogenation, key parameters to consider include boiling range, smoke point, freezing point, and water separation index; after hydrogenation, the key parameters are mercaptan sulfur content, flash point, copper sheet corrosion, silver sheet corrosion, acid value, and color.
I think the main ones are flash point, freezing point, smoke point, and residual dry point
The indicators include: flash point, freezing point, sulfur content, total acid value, water separation index, copper corrosion, silver corrosion, smoke point, appearance color, Saybolt color test, Drabek test, aromatic content, olefin content, thiolic sulfur, conductivity, 10% recovery temperature, 50% recovery temperature, final boiling point, residue amount, actual gum content, density, viscosity at 20°C, viscosity at –20°C, net calorific value, thermal stability, pipe wall rating, and solid particle contamination level.
In simulation calculations, for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, the key factors are boiling range and density.
