Urea tends to crystallize and is highly corrosive. The requirements for selecting shaft seals are quite high. I would like to ask all of you who are experienced in this field: what types of shaft seals do you know, and which pump manufacturers offer the best ones? Thank you!
The material is usually 316L; a single-face mechanical seal can be used if the sealing chamber is properly insulated.
