I would like to ask you a question about CAD linear printing! I don’t know much about CAD. When I came in to review the drawings, I found that some of the linear lines on the printed drawings were wrong, such as dotted and dashed lines, dashed lines, etc., which turned into thin solid lines after printing. The draftsman said there was no way. When drawing to scale, the linear settings were correct, but after shrinking and printing, they can no longer be seen. I wonder if you have any solutions?
First select the layer that needs to be adjusted, and then change the line type proportion to see the effect. You can find the ideal proportion by trying the proportion a few times.
This is mainly because the line ratio has not been set. You can set the line ratio smaller, such as 0.35.
You can preview it before printing, and you can set all dotted lines and dashed lines as a layer respectively. You can enlarge the dotted lines, dashed lines, etc. by a certain multiple, for example: 1: 3. If the size of your part is consistent with the size selected when actually drawing, generally speaking, such a situation will not occur, but remember that if the ratio of some dotted and dashed lines is too large, a straight line will appear when partially printed (for relatively short hole center lines and axes, symmetrical center lines, etc.)
It may be that the poster's linearity is wrong when drawing. If the linearity is correct when drawing, there is no problem with the display, and there should be no problem with printing.
Just change the global scale in the format line type and make it smaller!
