List of issues

If, after reviewing the materials, numerous issues are found, compiling all of them together is called a “list of problems”. What should be used to refer to this “list of problems” here? ? Can it be called “ISSUES LIST”?
Sure, “issue” is a great term in engineering; the more you use it, the more you’ll like it. Regarding the person in floor 2, a check list refers to something else – it’s an inspection list. This is something that can be kept for review in engineering purposes; for example, when I prepare a new PFD or a brand-new specification, someone needs to check it, and procedurally, there must be a checklist that lists all the items that need to be checked. This usually appears in WI (system documents, work instructions).
