It seems unnecessary to get dizzy – the market conditions are poor right now, and raw materials are so hard to come by; it’s better to go back. Most benzene hydrogenation units have been shut down. It will also cost around 100 million.
According to the \"Access Conditions for the Coking Industry (Revised in 2008)\\", new crude (light) benzene refining units should adopt advanced production processes such as benzene hydrogenation, with each unit having a capacity of 50,000 tons per year or more； Existing pickling-based crude (light) benzene refining units should be phased out gradually.
