I earnestly request the operating procedures for the shift conversion section in the 6.5 MPa coal gasification process, as well as related parameters and information! Thank you all, guys, for helping out!
Our process gas pressure is 6.35 MPa; a gas distribution + shift process is employed, along with sulfur-resistant shift technology. The temperature inside the shift reactor is 265°, while it is 441° at the exit of the reactor. The gas flow distribution is as follows: 55% for shift reaction; Valve timing 45%. Composition of the process gas: CO: 43.71%, CO2: 19.12%, H2: 36.22% (on a dry basis); water-to-gas ratio: 1.377. Composition of the gas exiting the shift reactor: CO: 6.28%, CO2: 40.18%, H2: 52.85%. Composition of the gas exiting the shift unit: CO: 20.46%, CO2: 32.14%, H2: 46.75%

What is the process used to produce the process gas with the gas composition you provided?

The temperature in the conversion furnace is 265°C and the pressure is 6.33 MPa. The temperature in the converter should be 441°C, right? The hydrogen temperature isn’t that high, is it?
