Given the current situation, what will be the employment prospects next year? Have state-owned enterprises reduced the number of positions they offer for recruitment?

Well, I think my friends around me have been quite active lately (changing jobs and such…; I guess things are going okay for them)

There are many more graduates from this year and previous years than those from this year alone, and coupled with the impact of the financial crisis, things will be even harder next year. The job market is really tough these days. My wife’s brother graduated this year and has been looking for a job since before the New Year, but he still hasn’t found one.
