There is an urgent need for a material that is insulating and can withstand temperatures of up to 400 degrees, and that can be applied directly to metal surfaces with a thickness of no more than 0. 2MM, it has certain mechanical strength after curing. FB high-temperature resistant flame-retardant thermosetting phenolic resin (FB resin) product series. The decomposition temperature of the FB resin products is above 500°C, with an oxygen index of 48.5, a linear ablation rate of -0.079 mm/s, and a mass ablation rate of 0.0333 g/s.
