Given the previous economic situation, how should companies manage human resources effectively? As well as the development of internal human resources and the recruitment of fresh graduates from various universities outside the company, I would like to hear everyone’s opinions! :)
The key is the strength of the company. For large companies, it isn’t necessary to make much effort to prevent employees from leaving; for small companies, even significant efforts won’t be enough to retain staff.
A strong corporate culture requires a long process of accumulation.

It’s easy to say but difficult to do; food is the foundation of people’s lives. The current situation of coking enterprises is well known to all – many small and medium-sized enterprises have already collapsed and gone bankrupt, while larger ones are forced to reduce production, facing severe losses. The steel industry, real estate sector, and manufacturing industry are in a state of decline, and the financial crisis continues to deepen. Enterprises have reached a limit in terms of what they can do to improve their performance; as a result, they are forced to cut salaries, lay off employees, and reassign management staff, which creates serious difficulties in management. The crisis affects not only ordinary workers but also middle and senior management levels.
