What is the reason for blasting the riser?

In my coking workshop, there have been frequent explosions in the rising pipes while working on the top cover of the furnace. The exact cause has not yet been identified; the temperature is within normal ranges, and the pressure in the rising pipes remains stable as well. Everyone, think if there are any other reasons?

The rising tube phenomenon occurs because, during the process of closing the lid, cold air rushes in and mixes with the raw gas emitted from the carbonization chamber, resulting in a mixed explosive gas; this issue can be resolved by following proper operating procedures
