In-process control analysis is called over-control analysis in our case, which is process control, that is, control analysis of intermediate products, and is managed by the quality inspection center. This is because the people in the workshop are basically engineering majors, while the people in the quality inspection center are science majors. They have different educations in school, which means those with science majors are better at capacity analysis.
We are a caustic soda chemical company. Our central control belongs to workshop management, and most of the monitoring points are tested by the quality inspection center. Because it belongs to workshop management, we can get timely feedback on the test processing results, and the problem can be dealt with in a more timely and rapid manner.
Our inspection is jointly managed by two parts. The workshop operators do their own in-process analysis to determine whether a stop is needed. The time after the reaction reaches the end point has a greater impact on quality, so the results need to be analyzed immediately. The quality department conducts re-examinations to detect problems in a timely manner.
I think the quality inspection center should be better managed to prevent the pace of progress and neglect of inspections.
