What documents should be submitted for the acceptance of pile foundation works?
Construction unit, project name, construction team, pile specifications and length, type of pile hammer and weight of the impact part, elevation of the natural ground surface, weight of the pile cap, designed elevation of the pile top, project supervisor, records, etc
There are six points in total, as follows: 1. Pile position survey and setting-out plan. 2. Engineering geological survey report. 3. Material test records. 4. Records of pile fabrication and driving. 5. As-built plan of pile positions (plan showing the pile positions after the excavation of the foundation pit to the design elevation). 6. Static and dynamic load tests on piles, and records of pile penetration.
