There has always been a question: since low-voltage cable terminals are manufactured by the construction party itself, when do high-voltage cable terminals need to be included in the material list? Is electricity to be provided separately, or is it included in the construction costs? I’d like to ask for advice
The high-voltage cable terminal itself is also a material, and of course it needs to be included in the material list. Construction costs are something different.
Does that mean 2 cable terminals are created for just one high-voltage cable?
The quota includes the cost of cable terminal fabrication, which must be included in the quotation; for each cable, two cable terminals are required, and there is one unit responsible for manufacturing these terminals. The quote should include the cost of main materials (such as copper terminals and heat-shrink gloves), labor costs, machinery costs, costs for tools and equipment, as well as costs for auxiliary materials.
Generally, it is good to have 2 cable terminations per cable. However, if a single cable is quite long, exceeding 500 meters, an intermediate connector needs to be installed every 500 meters; this is a common practice in high-voltage cables
