Daily maintenance tools for instruments

Buy more screwdrivers of various sizes, both crosshead and flathead types. It’s best to have adjustable wrenches; one set of each of these two items is sufficient for everyone. For things like multimeters and soldering irons, one or two units will be enough

I know what was said upstairs, but the procurement department wants me to provide information on the sizes and types of wrenches and screwdrivers. Does anyone have a ready-made list? Please send it to me for reference

If a smart transmitter is used, there should also be a handheld device compatible with the transmitter’s communication protocol.

Let me tell you: 1. For digital multimeters, one set per person. 2. Each person should have 150-tip pliers, slip pliers, 5*100 cross-head screwdrivers, flat-head screwdrivers, 10*150 flat-head screwdrivers, and cross-head screwdrivers. 3. Buy 3M tape as needed. 4. Adjustable wrenches in 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sizes; also get ring wrenches – buy as many as required depending on the type of screws used in your instruments. 5. A set of hex key sockets

There is also a Hart 375, and at least one signal generator

Common tools: multimeter, voltage tester, flat-head screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, large and small wrenches, saws, needle-nose pliers, claw pliers, ring wrench, hex key, wire stripper, transmitter handheld terminal, etc.

There are also on-site calibrators that output 4-20mA, 1-5V, etc
