Registered Asset Appraiser

I plan to obtain a certification this year, and after checking around, it seems that only the Certified Asset Appraiser qualification meets the requirements for taking the exam. I would like to ask those who are experienced in this field: I majored in chemical engineering – is this certification useful, and how difficult is it to obtain?
It’s useful, but it’s not easy to pass. There are 5 courses in total: mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture, finance, taxation, and appraisal, each belonging to a different field of study. As the saying goes, different fields are like mountains apart – it’s quite challenging. I tried to learn it for a while but lost confidence later on. I hope you can persevere; the market is quite good.
