For DN25 iron pipes with insulation, what is the thickness of the insulation material?

I’m a beginner in design. When dealing with openings in floor slabs that require insulation, the openings cannot be made by using sleeves that are two sizes larger. I would like to know what thickness the insulation material should have for DN25 iron pipes. What about insulation for pipes of other sizes? How thick is the material? I hope to get some guidance; thank you. Also, are there any guidelines for selecting this?
