I’m not sure if it helps, but when starting up, first operate the circulation pump for half an hour before igniting it to raise the temperature. During initial use, the temperature should be increased gradually, at about 40°C per hour. Once the temperature reaches 130°C ± 5°C, it is necessary to maintain that temperature for a while; once it reaches 200°C, another period of maintaining that temperature is required. After reaching the specified temperature, the pump should continue to circulate fluid in order to keep the temperature constant. After the furnace is shut down, the pump should run for more than half an hour to reduce the oil temperature to below 80°C; the user can also determine this time based on actual conditions, and then the system can be put back into normal use.
The heating of heat transfer oil should be carried out in two stages: The first stage is water removal; that is, when the temperature rises to 100°C, a large amount of steam is released through the vent. The second stage involves removing low-boiling substances; the temperature is raised by 10°C per hour above 100°C until it reaches 130°C. If a large amount of low-boiling substances emerge, the rate at which the oil is heated is reduced to 5°C per hour.
