Article 4.4.4 of the «Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Industries» (GB50160-92, 1999 edition) stipulates that the discharge pipe at the outlet of the safety valve of flammable gas equipment shall be connected to a flare system or other safety discharge facilities. Dear classmates, do the safety valves at the top of atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers generally discharge directly or are they connected to a flare system?
It should go into the device’s flare separator tank before proceeding to the system flare
For us, we first enter the flare liquid removal tank before going into the flare system
At normal and low pressures, the gas first enters the low-pressure gas tank of this unit, and then proceeds to the low-pressure gas lines of the public system, namely those used for catalytic treatment and venting of gaseous substances; only the connection points vary from one unit to another.
The combustible gases in our facility first enter the low-pressure gas tank of the facility for liquid separation before being fed into the flare line. It should be the same for everyone, right!
We first discharge it into the liquid cut tank shared with the catalytic unit, and then into the flare system. :lol
Generally, oil and gas cannot be discharged directly; they must be fed into an oil and gas recovery system.
All must be connected to the gas pipeline network for recycling. . . . :lol
