The term “condensation number” is taken from a dictionary – is there any better way to express it? ! :Background of handshake: 1. The pressure at the top of the distillation tower is controlled by adjusting the condensation volume of the distillation tower’s condenser. The top pressure of the distillation column is controlled by adjusting the condensation capacity of the distillation column condenser. 2. When the measured pressure is higher than the set value, the opening degree of the control valve is increased, which raises the amount of condensate discharged from the distillation column condenser, lowers the liquid level in the shell side of the condenser, increases the number of heat exchange tubes in contact with the vapor to be condensed, and thus increases the condensation volume in the distillation column condenser, allowing the pressure to drop back to the set value. When the measured pressure is higher than the set point, the opening of the control valve and the amount of condensate discharged from the condenser increase; this leads to a decrease in the level on the shell side of the condenser. Increasing the number of heat-exchanger tubes that come into contact with the condensed steam also increases the condensation capacity of the condenser, thereby helping to reduce the pressure back to the set point. Condensation number: In physics, it is the ratio of the number of molecules that condense on a surface to the total number of molecules in contact with that surface. I don’t think it’s the same thing
If it is a proper noun referring to the condensation amount, then it should be called the condensation number

It should be the amount of condensate or the condensation rate.
