1. Is everything sprayed in the pre-cooling tower leftover ammonia water? 2. The remaining ammonia water is treated in an ammonia vaporization tower; should all of the ammonia gas emitted from the top of the tower be sent to the reaction tank, or should a portion of it be directed to the pre-cooling tower? Is this question difficult? Maybe I didn’t phrase it right.
1. The pre-cooling tower is filled with excess ammonia water, but it needs to be replaced as appropriate. 2. All of the ammonia vapor coming out of the ammonia vaporization tower should enter the pre-cooling tower; this is done in order to increase the ammonia content in the gas.
