Please tell me the difference between the use of thermal oil, alkylbenzene and mineral oil. If you use Total's alkylbenzene, how much does it cost per ton? The furnace I want to install needs to run at about 290 degrees:)
Alkylbenzene is a synthetic heat transfer oil, and its properties are much more stable than mineral oil, but the price is also more expensive than mineral oil. For use conditions of about 290 degrees, you can consider using T-66 from Suzhou Solutia Thermal Oil Company. The effect is still very good.
Solutia thermal oil T-66, I don’t know the price.
Haha, the price of T 66 will scare you to death! More than 40,000 per ton. I'm a Total dealer and I don't know if I can help you. QQ:525224195
For such operating temperature, just use domestic products, such as HD340 from Shanghai Haohai Company, etc.
Thank you charlsechen for the introduction. Based on the domestic usage, there should be no problem in half a year.
You should be fine in this situation
You may not know about heat transfer oil. The maximum operating temperature of general heat transfer oil is above 320 degrees, so you can choose domestically produced ones nearby, which can save investment!
How is the stability of domestic thermal oil? Is it all mineral oil or a product with some mineral oil added?

The price of heat transfer oil has a great relationship with the use temperature. If your use temperature is 290°C, which is not high, it is recommended to leave a little room for production fluctuations and use 320°C heat transfer oil. You can use domestically produced ones, which are relatively cheap, about 7,000 yuan/ton.
