1. The pad irons have been installed, the clearance meets the requirements, and the anchor bolts are tightened. 2. The components of the steam turbine flow part are fully installed. 3. The inside of the cylinder has been cleaned, the joint surface is smooth, all holes have been unobstructed, and the removable parts have been spectrally reviewed. 4. The joint between the partition and the cylinder has been coated with black lead powder, and excess black lead powder has been cleaned up. 5. The radial clearance between the steam seal, partition plate and cylinder has been adjusted and recorded. 6. The center position of the turbine rotor in the steam seal or oil damper has been determined, and the partition has been centered. 7. The clearance between the steam seal and the flow part has been adjusted and recorded. 8. The nozzle has been cleaned and the gap has been adjusted and recorded. 9. The horizontal lift of the cylinder has been adjusted and recorded. 10. After careful inspection of all components and gaps in the cylinder, it has been purged with compressed air to confirm that the interior is clean and free of foreign matter. 11. After tightening the partition plate, steam seal bolts and installing the thrust tile, turn the rotor and listen to the frictionless sound inside the cylinder. 12. The steam turbine is tested and the coordination of the internal components of the cylinder has been comprehensively checked. 13. The middle surface of the cylinder has been coated with sealing grease whose pressure resistance and temperature resistance are higher than the steam parameters, and its thickness is about 0.5mm.
