Be familiar with the characteristics and detailed processes of production, and be able to handle normal operations and abnormal phenomena. 4 Fill in the operation records accurately and in a timely manner, and keep the records neat (record and report to the schedule ten minutes in advance every hour). 5 Responsible for the process safety treatment before the equipment is handed over for maintenance and participate in the acceptance work after the maintenance. 6. Manage, use and maintain equipment such as syngas compressors and the pipelines, valves, electrical appliances, instruments, protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment connected to them. 7. Have the right to question outsiders who enter the post, the right to stop behaviors that interfere with the work of the post and damage the equipment of the post, and the right to prevent idle personnel from entering the post. 8 If you have any objections to the squad leader’s instructions, you can put forward opinions. If the squad leader still insists that his opinions should still be implemented, if it is an obvious violation of the operating procedures, you can refuse to implement it and quickly report to the next level. 9. The authority has the right to stop any work that does not comply with safety technical regulations, such as maintenance, starting fires, entering towers and tanks, etc. 10. In case of abnormal situations and emergencies, the squad leader has the right to increase analysis items and times and send out accident signals as required. 11 In case of emergency, you have the right to deal with it first and then report it. 12 During the shift, you are not allowed to leave your post without authorization. If something happens, you can only leave with the approval of the squad leader.

(2) Drain oil according to regulations, accurately judge the operation of each component of the compressor, detect abnormalities in a timely manner, and eliminate them. (3) Add oil on time and pay attention to the oil filling situation at the oil filling point to ensure lubrication. 3. Patrol inspection 1. Check the system and point pressure and temperature every 15 minutes. 2. Check the valve, cylinder, piston, packing, crosshead, etc. every half hour for any abnormalities. 3. Check whether the lubrication and drain valves and circuit valves at each point are closed every half an hour. 4. Check the leakage of each machine and other equipment every half hour. 5.
