Who knows the operating procedures for slag unloading and collection in the lock hopper system?
The lock bucket cycle is divided into five stages: slag collection, pressure reduction, cleaning, slag discharge and pressurization. The time of one cycle is about 30 minutes. After the lock bucket program is started, when the slag discharge time is up, the lock bucket inlet valve closes, the lock bucket circulation pump inlet closes, the circulation valve opens, and the lock bucket pump circulates itself. The lock bucket pressure reducing valve opens, the slag tank overflow valve closes, the lock bucket begins to depressurize, and the pressure in the lock bucket is released to the lock bucket flushing water tank. After decompression, the cleaning valve is opened to clean the pressure relief pipeline. After the set time is up, close the lock hopper pressure reducing valve, open the lock hopper flushing valve from the lock hopper flushing water tank to the lock hopper and the lock hopper outlet valve from the self lock hopper to the slag pool, and the lock hopper begins to discharge slag. The slag discharge timer starts timing. After reaching the predetermined time, the lock bucket outlet valve, lock bucket cleaning valve, and lock bucket flushing valve are closed. The lock bucket pressure valve is opened, and the lock bucket is pressurized with high-pressure gray water from the high-temperature hot water pump in the slag-containing water treatment process. When the pressure difference between the lock hopper and the gasifier is less than the set value, the pressurizing valve closes and the lock hopper inlet valve reopens. At the same time, the inlet valve of the lock hopper circulation pump opens, the circulation valve closes, and the lock hopper begins to collect slag. The entire slag discharge cycle (pressure reduction, cleaning, slag discharge, pressurization) takes about 2 minutes. The lock bucket cycle starts again.
