How to insert a picture in an attachment?

I want to post a request for help, but it’s difficult to attach images; it’s really frustrating. . . I am in the third grade of elementary school. Is it due to insufficient permissions? It keeps saying the format is incorrect, but my image is in JPEG format and its size is only 18KB. How could this happen? Moderator. . . It’s a network issue; images can be added in the post content, using link format. Like C:\Downloads and so on. Just find the path to the image and paste it. I think it would be better to use a compressed format when sending pictures via attachment.
Sigh. . . I’ve placed the link image on the desktop; it shows a cross symbol. As a last resort, I uploaded it to Baidu Space and provided a website link instead. . Thank you so much!
