Is a floor that doesn’t generate sparks one that is anti-static or designed to prevent sparks from occurring when the floor is struck? ? It seems I haven’t heard of it. Could you describe it in detail?

During filling, attention should be paid to the flow rate (not exceeding 3 m/s), and a grounding system must be in place to prevent static electricity buildup. Relevant areas at the construction site as well as electrical equipment must be properly grounded to protect against lightning and static electricity
Non-sparking floors are generally used in areas with high concentrations of explosive gases. I’m currently working on the gasification system to create a fire-resistant floor. Main approach: According to the engineering practices, the surface layer of fine aggregate concrete is prepared using non-sparking aggregates. The current practice is to purchase a non-sparking agent and apply it to the concrete surface during its finishing process. After the construction is completed, have a professional testing agency conduct on-site inspections, checking two locations per floor.
A nonsparking floor is a type of floor that possesses the special property of not generating sparks when in contact with hard materials such as metal, thereby preventing explosions or fires. It is suitable for use in production facilities and warehouses classified as categories A and B. Non-flammable floors can be divided into two types based on their materials: non-flammable organic material floors and non-flammable inorganic material floors. Non-combustible organic material floors typically use asphalt, wood, rubber, or plastic as the surface layer. Most of these materials have insulating properties; when workers walk on them, friction can generate static electricity sparks. Therefore, devices for dissipating static electricity must be installed, and wooden flooring should be secured with hidden nails to ensure safety. Additionally, these materials have the drawback of being flammable. Materials suitable for non-combustible inorganic flooring include concrete, mortar, and terrazzo. All these selected materials must possess non-sparking properties, and they can be used only after being checked for the absence of iron filings using a magnet.
