At what degree should the condensation process gas of the third stage (last stage) of sulfur recovery be condensed? When it is cooled to 130 degrees, 1 kilogram of steam will be generated. Use an air cooler to cool the cycle.; When cooled to 150 degrees, 3 kilograms of steam is generated for system heating. Which solution is better? Have you seen any that are colder to other temperatures?

No less than 119 degrees, slightly higher than 5 degrees is best.
It is best for the third cooling system to generate 0.3MPa steam, which can be incorporated into the pipe network. However, doing so may result in higher outlet temperature and entrainment of a portion of gaseous sulfur in the process gas. The remedial measure is to add a capturing wire mesh at the outlet of the third cooling system to capture the entrained sulfur.
The cooling temperature should be determined according to the process. If you use the reduction hydrogenation process, there is no need to worry about the loss caused by sulfur vapor, it can be 160 degrees. If other processes are used, attention must be paid to the loss of sulfur steam after the third cooling. It can be cooled to 130 degrees, so that the total sulfur emissions will be smaller.

Our device does not have exhaust gas treatment. The cold 3 outlet temperature is controlled at 125-135 degrees. The steam pressure generated is less than 1 kg/cm². It is used as a pump room for heating in the winter, but it is emptied and wasted in the summer.
This depends on the load of your own device. 125-160 can be controlled. Of course, the steam production is different. It also depends on what the steam produced is used for, how much pressure the equipment can withstand, and other issues need to be considered.
Personal experience suggests that the outlet temperature of the tertiary cooling system should not be controlled too high, otherwise the entrainment of liquid sulfur in the process gas will be serious, and the 0.3Mpa steam output from the tertiary cooling system should not be very large.
In my unit, after cold 3 treatment, 0.3MPa steam is generated, which is used for semi-heating in this section. The treated process gas still contains a small amount of sulfur, and a separator is added to recover the sulfur.
