The PFD process flow diagram is primarily intended to help operators understand what types of fluids are flowing through the various pipes and containers inside the furnace, as well as what the percentages are. These details need to be specified in great detail, while the diagram itself is quite simple – it’s just a brief outline
A PFD is a process flow diagram. The main tasks we have carried out in the past include: 1) Using lines and arrows to identify each process pipeline and indicating its purpose, such as water supply pipelines, return pipelines, fuel gas pipelines, hot water outlet/steam pipelines, etc.; 2) Drawing the pressure gauges, temperature gauges, valves, water pumps, and other components within the control system on the pipelines, using simple process symbols for representation.
